Three floors are available and you can rent one, two, or all three levels. Check in late afternoon to early evening to get the most of our views and peaceful setting. The coffee’s on and Grandma Helen’s cookies are always available.

• Due to owner being allergic to cigarette smoke, only outdoor smoking allowed please.

Floor #1 “Stetson” - Our Largest Suite
Cowboy décor sets the stage to enjoy vast prairie views from the trapezoid windows or stroll out on your own private balcony for coffee. This large room features a queen size bed and private bath with super size shower. The connecting loft has more views of the Belle Fourche River and an inner spring futon couch for extra guests.

Floor #2 “Prairie Belle”
Snuggle down in the comfy queen bed with northwest views. Located on the main floor, access is easy with some handicapped accommodations. Private bath across the hall features a pedestal sink and roomy shower. Sit by the fire or enjoy the large deck in this home away from home.

Floor #3 “Winchester” Hunters Paradise
If hunting is your passion, the rustic cedar décor of our lower floor is for you. Extra long bunkbeds give comfortable sleeping for groups of buddies. Private bath with large shower. Opens to a walkout patio that faces southeast for spectacular sunrises and views of the timbered area along the river.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Keep in mind that we are not a "off road" business. Reservations are taken months in advance and it can be difficult to fill cancelled reservations.

Deposits of one half down are required to hold your reservation and these are non-refundable after the deadline, a good faith effort will be made to rebook, and if we are able, a refund will be made.

We have a 30 day cancellation period deadline, except during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and Holiday reservations. These times have a 3 month deadline. Rally rental will be one week, entire house rental only, so bring some friends and enjoy the week.
