This is a must see when you’re in the Black Hills. Just 60 miles from the Lodge. Make a nice one day jaunt by also going to Keystone with the 1880 train,maybe stopping by the Alpine Inn in Hill City for lunch,nearby are Custer State Park, and Crazy Horse Monument
Badlands National Park
Southeast of Rapid City off I-90 near Wall, 58 miles from the cabin. When seen with "Wall Drug" or the new Minute Man Missile site, it makes a full one day jaunt.
Deadwood Gaming
Looking for a little game of chance? Deadwood is a historic town with a somewhat colorful past. 60 miles from the lodge, you can spend a day in this gaming town.Check out Saloon#10,Adams Museum, or The Days of 76 Rodeo late July.
